Please include the following when sending your request via overnight mail or fax:
- Your mortgage account number
- The reason for your dispute
- Any substantiating documents to support the dispute
Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your request, your case will be evaluated and a resolution
will be proposed. However, if case evaluation cannot be complete within fifteen (15) days,
resolution will be determined with thirty (30) days of receipt. We cannot guarantee that you will
receive any (or a particular type of) assistance.
You remain obligated to make all mortgage payments as they come due, even when we are evaluating
your request. If you have missed four (4) monthly payments or there is reason to believe the
property is vacant or abandoned, we may refer your mortgage to foreclosure regardless of whether
you are being considered for a modification or other types of foreclosure alternatives.
